Hi Guys
Really enjoy this theme; thank you for building such a robust system.
We built a site for a client who is experiencing tax rate issues. Products have been loaded up to include 15%VAT, and the tax rules have been written to display pricing inclusive of VAT, yet somehow on Chrome, all pricing displays without VAT, but on Safari they display with VAT?
At checkout, VAT is always included, but we can’t figure out or understand why this is displaying like this on two separate browsers?
Please advise, thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.
I do not see the difference in mentioned browsers – https://prnt.sc/rBvDuKF0Svv6 Please clear cache and check one more time.
Provide us with screenshots.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here. Or you can upload ready screenshots into your media library and provide us with URLs.
VAT functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin, there are no additional settings for this from our theme side, so contact the support of WooCommerce also.
Regards
Thanks, those prices are displaying incorrectly. They should be displayed as rounded-off figures as they include tax.
See Safari screenshot: https://prnt.sc/s-a8RbeeTb-p
See Chrome screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sCxNiUuUFNkv
Please note cache has been cleared internally on the website and on all browsers.
Will chat to Woocommerce support.
