Woocommerce Thumbnail images broken from Search Feature

Our website images uploaded & showing perfectly. But when we search products from the search feature. Multiple products image showing broken. Kindly search ‘Hat’ in the search bar. You will see the issue or click on that link(https://oldskoolshirts.com/?product_cat=0&s=hat&post_type=product&et_search=true).

I want an advanced Search bar option. Mean, when a customer clicks into a search bar such as ‘H’ all H related products will display in the dropdown. it was working perfectly, before. But a few days back, that issue happened.

Still, I’m facing the image broken issue. Kidly check out that LOOM video (https://www.loom.com/share/e007d72a9dd2445a9fa62c5339f6eddc). I’ve tested with multiple keywords the same issue. But only share with you the “shirt’ (https://oldskoolshirts.com/?product_cat=0&s=shirt&post_type=product&et_search=true&et_per_page=36) keyword.

Please help to fix all broken images, Thanks.

Hello,

Because your products thumbnail images are missing https://prnt.sc/246v1w5
Go to Tools > Force regenerate thumbnails and regenerate thumbnails for all the media that you have.

Did you do that??

Because It is showing me “Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while.”
…
But that image broken issues wasn’t on old Theme….

Hello,

Probably images were removed physically, that’s why they do not exist and do not show. Theme update does not remove any files or media out of theme folder. So, theme update can’t be the reason of the problem.
Anyway, once you regenerate all the images they should be ok. I tried with a few images from your site and it worked after regeneration.
