WooCommerce unable to check out for customersx

    First of all, I tried only to renew my support for mydoodlecanvas.com and I guess I purchased the theme again so know I am needing to request from a different license. How do I fix this?

    For some reason on desktop during checkout the credit information disappears when trying to purchase an item. Mobile works fine on desktop and laptop. Customers are unable to purchase from their desktop.

    Could you please record a video of the problem and let us know what browser you use?

    Hi Rose,
    I’m trying to upload a video, but I’m having issues. Is there any way you could fix this as an administrator?

    Also, I know that when I turned off the “Advanced Layout” option, it worked, but I really want to leave that on, if possible.
