Hello, any suggestions would be grateful.
I’ve installed fresh WP woopress theme, on WPEngine hosting.
The Variations are not displayed on the products page. I have already configured the attributes variations in many ways and it still does not work. I had try it by disable 3rd party plugins but still not working. I updated required plugins and deactivated all plugins, after that I activated plugins one by one. Now its working. I have come to load some products into my woopress site, but when I try to define product variations the page just hangs. I have tried deactivated all plugins and this does allow the addition but causes the site to display oddly. Also I have added an item and have it as in stock and publish – yet I can’t see it on the front/customer end?

    Thanks Gents! Tony

Thanks for your assistance, as this is my first WP site and this Attributes error is beyond our capabilities. Thankyou

    Hello,

    Please update theme http://prntscr.com/gf9p90
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and activate http://prntscr.com/gf9px0

    Regards

    Hello Rose
Thanks for your suggestions, and I’ve attempted to follow them.

I deleted the “woocommerce” from the wp-content/themes/woopress/ via SFTP. (see image attachment)

In Appearance, I attempted to upload the 13MB .zip theme file

But I get an error, (see below)

    “Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
    Destination folder already exists. /nas/content/live/transcendwear/wp-content/themes/woopress/
    Theme install failed.”

I’ve also had my web developer attempt the upgrade and he’s having issues as well.
Please advise how to proceed. My website it down for 1month, and I’m losing customers and sales.
    Thank you
    Tony

    Hello
I’ve uploaded new woopress folder into FTP, as well my developer has done this as well. I”m running version 3.1 now.
But my Size attribute still wont’ show up on my products page, there is no drop down selection for sizes.
What else can I do to fix this issue?
    Thanks

Please, install and enable default WC theme Storefront and check if this issue persists.

    Regards
