Hello,

Use Loco Translate plugin to translate theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for woopress theme).

As I see in that link, It can be translated with poedit too, right?

Yes, you may use Poedit plugin to translate the theme.
