Hello!!!
I work with woocommerce…but my system say me that some files of the theme are out of update..can I have some information about that? The website shows issues…

Yes, we know about such problem. Our developers are working on next theme update and outdated files will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

New theme version will be available on ThemeForest https://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 (log in to your account and go to the Downloads area).

Hello,

Do you face any problem in work of your site or only have outdated files notice? We do not have critical errors in work of current theme version with WC 3.1.1 v, so you may simply ignore this message until theme update.
You may downgrade WC version https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ (PREVIOUS VERSIONS). Create backup of your files, database and theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options) to be able to restore the site to previous state if something goes wrong.

Hello,
My products page don’t shows the product photo…only shows the charging icon…I have tried to install older versions of wc..but doesn’t works…
My eshop is closed now 🙁

Please check if the same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront.
Did you try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check product page?
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hello,
With Storefront the product photo appears…but if I change the colour of selection..the photo doesn’t change…
I don’t know how is 3-rd party plugins…

I’ve disable Smart Variations Images plugin. Please check product page.
Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) with our theme.
