WooPress V1.2 using WooCommerce Product Add-ons – Does not pass info to cart

I have searched and found a few threads that push back to the plugin and updating to the newest theme versions. I currently do not show any updates available for WooPress v1.3 in the admin panel. I just recently installed the WooCommerce add-ons plugin 2.7.2 to get more options available for my products. The pricing and add ons do not pass on to the cart.

I have reverted back to Twenty Fifteen and the plugin works find passing products to the cart. The plugin is not the issue, I have upgrades to the newest WooCommerce version as well.

Please advise how to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

Robert the issue is the add on polygon so you’d have to actually add on items to see the problem. Example is 18mm pendant then add on a charm and a 18″ necklace. It calculates correctly on product page but does not push both up sells text and price to cart.

Note or also would have done it off you added 5 crystals and a necklace on the item you tried. Thanks for logging in and getting past the coming soon plug in. I need to make the site live tomorrow night so I appreciate your help.

I have uploaded 2 screenshots. I am EST so am heading to bed. I hope these screenshots show you what I am talking about.

The first is product in woopress showing correct pricing of addons on product page. Then in cart it shows wrong pricing and wrong add on text.

Second I revert back to TwentyFifteen theme, add the product with options and then screenshot the cart in twentyfifteen showing it carries pricing and text over. Then screenshot the same cart after swapping back to woopress so you can see what the format and product pricing should have been displaying as.

I think i selected the same options, it doesnt matter as it has the same issue with all options.

Thank you again, I look forward to seeing your response, resolution in the am when I want up. 4-5 hours and I will be back online.

Hello,

We’ve disabled Ajax “Add To Cart” option in Theme Options->Single Product Page. Please check it.

Thank you for your help with this. Im bot happy and sad that it was just a check box causing the issue. But thank you for resolving it, its appreciated.
