I am currently setting up the last plugins and features for an affiliate website. The theme I am currently using is the XStore – Responsive WooCommerce Theme which I purchased at envatomarket. Customizing the theme layout and content is no problem, but there are a few errors that I am experiencing with the premium plugins that were included in with this theme.
I am having trouble and receiving an error when trying to activate Woozone (WZone) plugin:
“Unable to validate this plugin. Please contact AA-Team Support!”
I followed the steps given in the documents and WZone instructions, but I keep on receiving the same error mentioned above.
Below is the instructions I used to try to activate the WZone Plugin:
“You need to log into your CodeCanyon account and go to your “Downloads” page. Locate this plugin you purchased in your “Downloads” list and click on the “License Certificate” link next to the download link. After you have downloaded the certificate you can open it in a text editor such as Notepad and copy the Item Purchase Code. How to image: link”
I currently have the WZone Version 9.0.6.4 installed in WordPress which came with the XStore Theme bundle. I am unable to update the Woozone plugin in WordPress due to invalid product license key. This is the error I receive after attempting to update the WooZone plug-in:
“An error occurred while updating WooZone – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates: Invalid product license key!”
I need to activate/update the plugin as soon as possible, I’d appreciate your help!
