WordPress crashed after installing and activating Royal theme

Hi,

I purchased and installed theme a couple days ago and as soon as i activate it, my entire wordpress including cpanel crash and i have to contact tech support to select a different theme and my site becomes good again. They said its the theme code causing issues.

Please can you install theme and acticate it.

If oyu require any more info let me know.

Hello,

We can’t connect to FTP account getting the error:
Status: Connection attempt failed with “EAI_NONAME – Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known”.
Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it.

You’re using low php version.
Please ask your host to increase it at least to 5.3 php version.
