WORDPRESS DATABASE ERROR MYSQL SERVER VERSION

    when clicking terms and conditions I get an error saying wordpress database error MYSQL server version for the right syntax to use.

    Hello,

    We’ve checked your Checkout page and do not see the mentioned error.
    But there is .js error that comes from a 3rd party plugin. Check the screenshot in the Private Content area, try to disable that plugin and check how checkout works then.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Try to disable “Advanced Layout” in XStore–>Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.
    As a rule, database error is independent of the theme. Have you tried to contact your hosting provider?
