Hi there,
Someday I’ve got emaisl from WordPress alerting me about erros xtore core plugin.
What can I do, See below :

What actions did you do before this message? Maybe theme or plugin update or something?
Do you have any error on your site now?

I have those errors since the beginning I put the website online (may)…at every theme or plugin update or for nothing

Clear error logs, check your site and let me know if the mentioned errors appear on your site again.

Hello,

Thank you. What about FTP? And also create error log file in the WP root directory to allow us to monitor when the mentioned errors appear there.

I don’t see error log file, only folder and it’s empty https://prnt.sc/1xldu41
So, where could we check the file with the mentioned errors?

You’ve asked me to create a file so I did it.
I’ve changed the wp-config file and wrote true to : define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
it isn’t enough ?

Hello,

It does not save errors to log file because I don’t see log file in your WP installation directory. Or there are no errors. Please, contact your hosting provider to get help with this.

Hello,

We should be able to see the error log to find out when the error appears and understand if our changes have any effect. We can’t fix the problem if we even don’t see the errors or if the error log file is empty.
