WordPress reset database with WP Database reset issue, can't log to my website

    Hi all,

    Sorry for my bad english before anything…

    First of all i run a multisite wordpress, ( i save the files wp-config.phpand .htaccess before doing it) if it was easy i think i will go back to standart installation.

    I would like to use a prebuild theme ( template) and it told me to use the plugging WP Database reset, i use it on my main website but after it finish i loose connection to my website.

    right now i am not able to connecte to the wordpress admin page or anything, and i always got the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    I am really stuck and don’t know what to do .

    Hello,

    Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
    You need to use the mentioned plugin only if you want to clear your WP installation. If you don’t need to clear the WP installation just skip that step.
    I checked your site and see that you already installed theme and fashion version https://prnt.sc/whdw7k So, you need any help from our side?
