Hi,
Yesterday I updated my plugins and wordpress version and when I arrived to work today…the visual editor is no longer active. Then it says I need to purchase a license to use the plugin.
Can you help!!
Also, if your in the plugin section of the site….the essential grid and revolution slider is still not able to be uploaded….I will provide the login info in the private section.
Hello,
As I see VC editor is working http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/1208/h_1481233664_4086918_52d2d5421f.jpeg .
As for other plugins please provide FTP credentials.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hey,
I got the other plugins to work, I went through the FTP files and uploaded them directly from the file location….
But the Visual Editor is working on pages that I have already worked on with VC. But for example, my static blocks I am trying to create with the footer section, it will not show. Is there a way to tell it specifically to work on certain areas of the site? OR should I go ahead and do the same thing I did with the other plugins? Delete them from FTP and plugin site, then re-download from my local file and upload directly into the plugin page???
I am nervous to do that…only because most of my pages thus far have been created with VC and I do not want to loose that info. Please let me know!!! Thanks again for all your help!
This issue is also occurring on my linked site, aidacorp.com. Same login credentials.
Hello,
To enable VC editor for other elements go to Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick needed elements.
