Hello, Ryan,

GTmetrix has indicated that the primary issue is server response time and GTmetrix recommends the following in this case: https://prnt.sc/tp3r7La8Mlk2
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide much assistance here as our theme doesn’t affect the speed of WP dashboard.
As was mentioned you need to contact your hosting provider to get assistance from the server side. Also, ask hosting to increase this parameter https://prnt.sc/Y3wcv2b923-A and downgrade the PHP version (sometimes the lower version works faster).

As we can see, it still shows images – https://prnt.sc/u2gWW61apcPU , we would recommend you change .png format to .jpeg, for example, https://png2jpg.com/ , https://prnt.sc/iKevYwSZfuZp > https://prnt.sc/t-VSUzretVuF
