Please let me know on the Working hours for support during the days. Because it for reply on ticket sometime 14 hours.
Are you providing support 24×7 or not

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

Many thanks for transparent reply. Actually I am using this theme first time that’s why lots of question from my side. Once the website partially completed then I will not ask many question.
