Would this be considered a slider? - by GTP

Hello,

We have added a domain on the PCA.
On the top section there is slides and the images and details keep changing. You can also click the item menus on the slider and it changes to the specific slider image.

Just wanted to ask if this is indeed a slider and that we can create something similar?
