Hello,

Oh, I thought you talked about shop grid (WPBakery > Grid builder)not about the single product builder. That’s why create separate topics for the different issues you have, please.

We did not face the issue with the single product builder. That’s why we need either access to the staging site or access to production to take a closer look and fix the problem. I don’t think that it will take a lot of time. We’ll update the site and start checking and fixing the issue. We can’t offer you a solution if we even don’t see the problem.

Hi Olga,
Then i gonna make a copy of the site and place it on mine test server.
The site is to important to change somethings if this is not possible with teamviewer.
You didn’t have other customers with the same bug?
Is it helpfull if i make a video so you can see the bug?
Maybe then i don’t have to make a copy of the site.

Hello,

We did not get reports that single product builder does not work after the update. We had the issue that single product layout was out of the container (and we have the solution for this) but the builder itself worked and user could see the changed.
You may provide video because I even don’t understand the exact problem you have because it’s backend issue and you don’t want to provide access to your site.
Anyway, to fix the problem we need access to backend and files. So, even if you make a video we will need this to help you.

Hello,

In one of the last updates we allowed users to choose the different custom grids for the grid and list type of layout. Maybe this is the reason of your issue.
Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products styles > make sure that correct custom grids are for both grid and list http://prntscr.com/snmg33 Also, you may try to select different custom grid > save > select correct one > save > check the frontend.
