WP Bakery plugin not working - by arabellavirtual

Hey, i’m having problem with this plugin, the visual builder are not working, i can only edit using the classic mode, because when i add items using the backend editor, and then save and update the page they are all gone

Hello,

Make sure you use latest versions of Visual Composer and Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look.

sorry, in fact, the plugin wpbakery is not working at all, the plugin that i can use is the Unyson, which is more complex and limitated than the visual builder

Hello,

1. Please update Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugin to latest version – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and increase PHP time limit to 80.
Also, temporarily disable all 3rd party plugins to be sure that no one of them has a conflict with WPBakery Page Builder.

i made that, but still not working, i changed the memory on wp-config.php file,
can you look?

I do not see any problem with page editing. Please clear cache and check one more time or describe your problem in more details.
