WP-Bakery shows update but update isn't working

    When you click on plugin updates it looks like its updating but a page refresh makes it go back to the old version. When you go to WP plugin update page and click on more info it says plugin not found. Is there an issue with WP bakery?

    Hi,

    Please send:

    – Screenshots of issues
    – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    None of the update thru the Xstore menu has worked since this summer.

    Try to do the update via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
