When I enter my website, I receive a critical error message saying “A critical error has occurred on your website.” Upon checking the server logs, I found the following error:

I have tried re-uploading the file, but the error persists. I also searched for similar issues on forums and found that changing the PHP version can resolve the problem, but that did not work for me. I am requesting assistance regarding this issue, and I am sending the relevant information through a private message.

    Hello, Aslanoguz34,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please download patcher.php file by a link from the Private Content area, and re-upload it via FTP into xstore/framework/ folder.

    Hello,

After changing the file and updating the PHP version to 8.1, the website started working again, but it is currently in a mixed-up state where everything seems to be jumbled together.

    Hello, Aslanoguz34,

Please downgrade PHP version, and do not update it till the next theme update.

The mixed-up state on your site is independent of these changes. It looks like, you used a child theme but now activate the parent theme.
Parent theme does not inherit child theme options. So, once you switch from child to parent you get other settings. If you want to import child setting to parent you need to go to Theme Options > Import/Export > export child theme settings, then switch to parent theme and import settings.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
