Good day,
We have WP rocket on our site as suggested by support to improve site speed. But since last theme update it seems to be interfering with the cart items. Is it possible for you to kindly assist.
We are unable to remove items from shopping cart (It still shows them in minicart and on cart icon after removing them).
Many thanks
Hello, Tamara,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ The plugin is no the WP rocket plugin, so we can’t activate it – https://prnt.sc/B1iD9XlGGnqq
2/ You need to update the theme – https://prnt.sc/GG4FnC3vG_vS
Please do not update the Core plugin before the theme update next time.
3/ We would recommend you to check the settings of the plugin also – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1382-never-cache-cookies https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1491-using-wp-rocket-on-your-woocommerce-site
To make sure that they are not causing errors visible via the browser console.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thank you kindly for your super quick response.
I have activated WP Rocket.
I did the most recent update on theme today before contacting support. I did indeed update the theme before the core update.
I will go through settings of WP rocket and check for errors.
Hello, Tamara,
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
