    Hi.
The plugin WPBakery Builder doesn´t work correctly. I can´t add new modules, I can´t modify modules in use, the button icons on layout modules are not visible, etc,..

The plugins, template, etc,… are updated.

I leave you in the private content area the credentials to access the backend. Please be careful because this website is in production. I have created a page for them to do the tests you need, called Test page.

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Created test page https://www.soul-barcelona.com/test-page-2/ and don’t see issues with editing the page using WPBakery. Provide us with link where you have this problem.
Provide screenshots of the elements that you are trying to edit on that page.

    Regards

    Hi Olga.
    I´´ve recorded this video http://www.soul-barcelona.com/screen-capture.webm
    – First, on the green button you can see that the icons do not appear, only the color change when hovering
    – After, I try to add a module. I click on several of them and nothing happens. And I also can’t find the way to close the modules window.

And in this video http://www.soul-barcelona.com/screen-capture2.webm I open the products module, I try to add a new product but the system keeps on loading and does not show me any product. You can see this on the page called Inicio BORRADOR.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Look, the page icons and other elements should be completely different http://prntscr.com/tttea1 https://gyazo.com/8c1e4d195a79874008cc5b4465b23d86
WPBakery from your video is older than 5.x version, but current version is 6.2. So, try to clear browser cache and cookies. Or try to edit the page using another browser.

    Regards

    Hi.
It’s funny but it seems like it was a problem with the cache. Although only in part. The problem of the second video (loading new products) continues. Does it work for you?

    Hi,

Temporary activate a default WC theme – Storefront and check how it works with it. Let us know.

    Hi,

In this case, the problem is independent of the theme, and our support team can do nothing.
You are using a default WC element, so try to contact the support of WooCommerce plugin.
You have a lot of products, so it can be an error from server-side, or even something else.
Sorry, but we can assist in cases when a problem is coming from our theme only.

    Regards

    Hi Rose.
Can you see this problem with WPBakery Builder? Maybe is a question of this plugin, because if I use other visual constructor, or if I put the products with shortcode, it works without problem.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You have too much products (about 3000) that’s why ajax search cannot get the products by title for wpbakery elements. Try to raise these values – http://prntscr.com/tuxu45 , contact your hosting provider to get assistance with this. It may fix the problem, but without a guaranty, because the wpbakery builder just can’t parse the current amount of products via ajax.

Please note that you need to build content using only one builder, don’t try to edit page that was created by WPBakery using Elementor.

    Regards
