    Dear Support team

I’m having issues with the grid builder of wpbakery. I created a grid (Standard Grid) and set this grid in the xstore options. Unfortunately the grid I created doesn’t show up.
It seems that it’s a problem with the grid since the preview of it also doesn’t work. It states “There was a critical error on your website.”

I think it relates to the 8theme content elements because when creating a grid without those elements the preview works.

    Thanks for your help
    Noah

    Hello,

This problem will be fixed in the next update of the theme. Right now, we have created an additional grid on your site (temporary solution, you will be able to delete this one after the update), so the desired grid can be selected via Theme Options. Please check.

    Regards

    Hi Rose

    Thanks for your fast reply.
How is this grid called? Do you mean the “Empty grid”? I can select my desired grid via theme options but this doesn’t take affect since it’s not working.. Or what do you mean exactly?

Do you know a rough estimate of when the next update will come?

    Regards
    Noah

    Hello,

Yes, “Empty grid”. Your grid works fine – http://prntscr.com/s1riq5 , isn’t it?
The next update will be released within 1-2 weeks.

    Regards

    Thanks!

    Best regards
