WPbakery image carousel pretty photo not working correctly in Edge

Hi,

We have added the image carousel with the pretty photo effect on the portfolio page. The pretty photo opens in the center of the page with a black background in all browsers except for the Microsoft Edge browser. Here it opens on the left of the page with a white background. How to solve this issue? My client is very frustrated about this…

What about FTP? If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.
