WPBAKERY not working - by Raffaele - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I can’t edit any page on my site, when I use Wpbakery it simply freezes and doesn’t let me do anything.
    I have bought it yesterday and I need it working to build my site ASAP.

    Hello,

    I do not see the problem http://prntscr.com/lrxthq Please clear cache and check one more time. Make sure that version of your browser is not very old.
    Also, I would recommend you to update the theme to latest version (5.1.3). Go to your site Dashboard > Updates and press Force Check button. The new version should appear at the list of available themes.

    It doesn’t work.
    It keeps me displaying a blank screen.
    It’s kinda frustrating, I spent 60€ for a non-functioning theme: my theme is updated and so is the browser, which is google chrome, but i tried mozilla, same with it.
    How do i ask for a refund?

    Please provide a screenshot of the problem.

    Do you face the problem with frontend or backend editor?
    Make sure that all required plugins are updated – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    Have you changed the access? I can’t log in anymore. Please, provide the correct one to help you with the problem you mentioned.
