If you use the latest version of Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder (2.3.3), please read this reply from authors of the Addons plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://prnt.sc/hmu4qh and follow their suggestion.
