(wpbakery page builder)counter presets not loading

Just added a counter to the visual composer, but the presets are not loading, no problems if I define the whole style. Just want to choose frome presets is easier

Hello,

Are you talking about Massive Addons element? Then go to Massive Panel > and import style presets for the counter http://prntscr.com/i2vpzy
