    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
No, you need to specify IDs of products in case you want to show a few particular products, in other cases – you can set just category or even left both fields empty, and products will be shown.

    Hi,
I have another question about the wpbakery products widget – the products are loading very slow in the front-end and I want to ask if there is something that can be done about this?

    Hi

I’m sending admin login details. The widget is used in the homepage.

About the speed optimization we are using Siteground cloud hosting with Cladeflare CDN and other tools but still you will see that the widget is loading really slow.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

It doesn’t look slow, however you can try to disable Lazy loading option in settings of element.

You are using a lot of plugins. Try to disable unrequired of them. Every additional plugin slows down the site because calls additional styles, scripts and makes additional requests.

    Hi,
I don’t know why it doesn’t look slow for you. When you load the page and scroll down it takes few second for the products to be displayed – they are the last elements on the page that are rendered.
I tried to disable the lazy loading but it complately breaks the home page. Can you please have a look at it.

    Hello,

Yes, it is the correct work of lazy loading, when products start loading once you scroll page down to them. Try to reduce the limit of products to show, or change Display Type from Slider to Grid

    Regards
