Hi,

How i am able to update the WPBakery Visual Composer?
When i want to update ask the license key.

We can send a new plugin version to your email address (provide us with it) or we’ll update the plugin for you if you give us FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Our theme does not come with Visual Composer key as plugin is bundled with theme.
We can send a new plugin version to your email address (provide us with it) or we’ll update the plugin for you if you give us FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

it seems i did a missconfiguration. I updated the Visual Composer (to 4.4) and bought a licence. Now I did an Update to Version 4.4 of the Visual Composer and if I load the homepage again i get those nasty errors:

Hello Eva,

before i did the update from Visual Composer (i bought it from envato!) through the wordpress plugin updater (v.4.1 -> v.4.4) it worked and nothing has changed on the serverside.

It has something todo with the index.php, because all other pages are still loading AND nothing changed on the serverside AND it worked before with a previous version…

Do I need to use the plugin you send all other people here via email? So please send it to me and i’ll try this out.

My private E-Mail is @ private content.

P.S. those lines from permature headers are directly from the apache error log.

that didnt resolve the problem. I changed the theme and index.php (= the homepage) is loading without any errors and activated plugins.
