WPML Mobile Panel automatically changes language randomly

Hello support,

Mobile panel for some reason changes to a different language. For example today it has been reported to me that on English site they see the Spanish Mobile Panel (https://prnt.sc/1y0gfvb). So I go to Appearance and I translate it back to English (because I thought that 8theme support changed it). After 30 minutes of using the website and making changes the Mobile Panel is now changed to Dutch language? I am thinking that it has to be WP Engine cache. Whilst I contact WP Engine I check again Appearance (maybe I could update it again and it will fix – temporarily). When I check I see that everything is in Dutch (https://prnt.sc/1y0gzpy)?

What is wrong?

Hello,

Do you mean that texts were changed if you open Theme Options https://prnt.sc/1y2gftx Or it was ok there but does the frontend display incorrect translation?

The text was changed for both front end and back end.

Hello,

The text could be changed in Theme Options only if you edited that and saved it. Maybe you tried to translate that via Theme Options? If it’s saved wrong in theme options then of course it’s the same on the frontend. So, be sure that you have the correct texts in Theme Options.
