1. I have created 2 multiple header from XSTORE HEADER BUILDER and install the WPML plugin to translate these these 2 header.
I found a “[theme_mods_xstore-child]account_logged_in_text” (changing text of “My Account”) in string translate and it works properly to my 1st header. However it is not working in 2nd header. And i dont know how to scan and found this string.
2. I have no idea how to translate the wording in My-account page. Including translate the “Welcome To Your Account Page”, “Hi XXX, today is a great day to check your account page. You can check also: xxx”, Is it a WPML problem or the theme setting?
Please advise any solution.
Hello @Bonnie,
1. We suggest that you try to localize the strings in the XStore theme and Core plugin by navigating to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the themes and Strings in the plugins and using the String Translation feature. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team of the WPML plugin.
We created Multiple headers option and added a language selector to the conditions to allow users to translate headers content to other languages.
Some header elements do not support WPML string translator, so you need to create separate headers for different languages, and write correct texts in the settings of header elements.
2. Please try to contact WPML support on this issue, They will solve it for you.
