Hello,
I cannot translate the Promo Popup part via the WPML plugin.

I searched for translation strings but couldn’t find anything.

Where am I wrong?

Hello,

The content of the promo popup can be translated via the String Translation section of WPML plugin. For example http://prntscr.com/n2klma > http://prntscr.com/n2klsm

I found the string, but I still see an old content.

And I don’t even find the string to translate the “Promo link text”

Make sure that all cache was cleared.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Clear the caches frequently.

I copy the accesses to the private area.

Hello,

Seems this is WPML glitch because they do not change the default content of the admin texts. We removed http://prntscr.com/n333ha and re-added that field to translation http://prntscr.com/n333nr and content appeared updated http://prntscr.com/n333z2
