    What version of the Revolution slider plugin do you use?
    Could you provide us with WP Dashabord access to your site?

    Hello,

    You used the out of date version of WordPress + out of date version of the Revolution slider http://prntscr.com/qrcjre We have updated WP and plugin and don’t have any problem with Revolution slider import. Keep your plugins and theme up to date!
