Wrong in top header after adding arabic translations

Hi
after we add translation to arabic we got wrongs in top header as following https://prnt.sc/26qvng8 kindly how we can correct it , thanks

Hello,

1) Update your WPML plugin to the latest version https://prnt.sc/26r8ou2
2) Translate secondary menu pages and sync your secondary menu https://prnt.sc/26r8q6v
Check the header after that.
