    Hello,
The product categories are being displayed incorrectly and we checked everything, but could not find any correction. For the time, it is being hidden.
Take a look at the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1hipduc

Also, wanted to know how to disable the add to cart bar that appears on single product page on the bottom of the page.

    Hello,

1/ Do you mean that other categories should be shown? Enable categories, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
2/ Likely, you need to disable Sticky Add To Cart Bar via Theme Options
We can’t check your Single product page – https://gyazo.com/71d16f0170ee083e61f2d42e7e253070

    Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t understand what is incorrectly in your opinion. Do you want just to hide them? You can do this in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product styles > disable Product categories. Or do you want to change the styles of the category title? Or category name should be different? What exactly is wrong?

    Regards

    Hello,
I will try to explain this as simply as I can.
    I have 4 product categories – say a, b, c and d.
Products are being displayed throughout the website.
The products that fall under category “b”, “c” and “d” are displaying category as “a”.
I hope you understand the issue now. Just in case, check out the screenshot and look at the product categories – you should notice that they are all the same: https://prnt.sc/1hipduc
And to clarify, the product category from the product panel have been checked. Product categories have been correctly marked as per the category.

    Regards.

    Are you guys serious?
IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED CLEARLY THAT THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES ARE MARKED CORRECTLY. IS IT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND? HOW MANY TIMES DOES A USER NEED TO REPEAT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN?

    Dear,

It looks like you did not find “8theme] Product Options > Primary category” settings. For example, Super-Triangle Rhodolite Garnet, 10.0 cts, – Luxury product – settings of categories here https://gyazo.com/69d7173e1badebb2192c5e4b98d9f62e and here https://gyazo.com/64595264ef27073b28a186229f24ae34 When you add Products element to your Home page, Primary category will be shown, so https://gyazo.com/64595264ef27073b28a186229f24ae34 is the correct one.

    Hello,

What if I have to upload more than 5k products? Should I set the Primary category manually as well??????????
The upload would be done via csv import file.

    Dear @Aure,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that if you are transferring products from another website that utilized the XStore theme, you have the capability to import the Primary category as meta data. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/CBMlB9vXFqTY.

Should this not be applicable, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider or developer to configure the automatic setting of the primary category for your products.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
