I need to open a service ticket, because I think I made a big mistake.
I just bought a subscription of $99, after your “email invitation”, but I think I can download and use the templates that I see on “XSTORE” !
I had already planned to buy a theme “photographer” from Xstore, but I believe I can do it with the subscription purchased.
At this point I don’t really know what to do, I honestly don’t find useful the templates available in this subscription that I paid for.
Please help me, if you can withdraw from the subscription and purchase the template I need.
