Wzone – NO PA API Keys product import issues.

    Hello there,
    We are getting issues importing products from amazon using the Wzone – NO PA API Keys process. When we tried to import the product & it showed errors as “Invalid Product” & “Error trying to add product to database.”

    We have checked the documentation and checked the plugin cron job setting and two cron jobs are working.

    Please check and let us know where are missing any setting.

    Hello, @DD,

    Could you please try to check the issue with the default WordPress theme like “Twenty Twenty Two” I don’t think that it’s our theme issue? But if it works fine with the default theme then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

    WORDPRESS ADMIN URL: and
    WORDPRESS ADMIN USERNAME:
    WORDPRESS ADMIN PASSWORD:

    So that I will check your issue on your site.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first and allow us to debug your site and change/remove the plugins as well.

    We have changed the theme as suggested by you and then product import but face the same error again.

    Hello,

    It means the problem is independent of our theme.
    Contact support of the plugin to get assistance – https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-amazon-affiliates-wordpress-plugin/3057503/comments Try to search for similar errors in comments section of the plugin and try sagested solutions.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your quick response but we did search the comment link you shared and we don’t find any relevant info. We thought we can raise a ticket with them but they need a license key for that. Since there was a mention of a premium Wzone plugin we thought we will get support for that.

    1/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    wzon is asking activation key, do i need to go and pay it on ThemeForest?
