Hi there
I installed the X-Store theme using FTP
All working but today I got an e-mail from Envato about new updates, and when I looked at the X-Store menu I noticed that my license isn’t active, as you can see in the pic
Could you please tell me where in the theme files I could set my envato key to refresh this, once the updates directly from WP aren’t working

Hello,
1) That message informs you about your support status, not about license status. It’s a different thing. Item support is a service provided by the theme author. Having support for your purchased item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using the item.
But even if your support expired your license is lifetime and you can use the theme on your site and get updates for that.
2) If you renewed your support period then just click the refresh icon https://prnt.sc/p1dreYWJgOBi and it will be updated in your Dashboard too.

Thanks Olga, but as you can see in next pictures, my support license is still valid, but the refresh button isn’t working
Should I click “deactivate button” and insert my license again?

Hello,
Heh, you are using nulled version of the theme. Of course, your support is not valid in Dashboard. Remove nulled version of theme and XStore plugin and install the official one. After that go to XStore > Dashboard > click Deactivate button and activate theme using your purchase code.
