    Hi, I can´t seem to update to the latest xcore version. it gives me an error.

    Also my website is having a very slow loading time.
    I´ve checked everything, I can´t remove anymore plugins because I used them all. I´m using w3 total cache and I´ve optimized all images. I can´t figure it out if it´s something related to woocommerce or the theme. Can you give any advice?

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    We have updated the theme and core plugin. Error and the site speed is related to your server. Contact your hosting provider to fix the issue.

    Okay, but can you be more specific about the issue? Also, i think when you updated the theme the images got a bit bigger and lost resolution out of the blue and there were some css issues witih the variation swatches. When I´m on theme options, the images look fine like the previous version but on the frontend they look different.

    Hello,

    It looks the issue was related to some server limits. We have updated it manually using the file manager.

    Add the below code to fix the issue with the images

    .content-product .product-content-image img {
        width: auto;
    }

    What issues with the variation swatches do you have? Provide us with link to the product with the issue.
    Regards

    Hi, thank you for your response.

    I´ve added the css code, the images look okay but when I first refresh, the shop page looks like this: https://ibb.co/NrY17zv. After the second refresh of the page, it comes back to normal. What´s causing this issue?

    Also, the theme is not loading font awesome icons: https://ibb.co/NCs9Sv9

    Another issue is regarding the site width: https://ibb.co/gy28HXh. I´ve set it to 1200px and on the theme options, it looks okay. But on the frontend the right side is being cropped.

    I´ve had a few issues with the latest update of the xstore and xcore. As I mentioned before I couldn´t uptaded from the dashboard, so I had to do it manually. Also, I´ve contacted my hosting company about the speed issue and they say that there is a problem regarding the optimization of the theme. So I´m using a cache plugin (Hummingbird) and the images are all compressed. There is a problem with the first loading of the website, as I mentioned before. I´ve followed all recomendations: cache plugin, compressed images, removed unnecessary plugins. But in fact the theme takes too long to load and has a lot of http requests, more specifically the xcore. I´ve used Query Monitor and in all tests, it refers the xcore as a slow query.

    Can you help please me on this issue? How can I reduce the loading time? Or how can I optimize the website speed.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    1) I checked your site and don’t see the mentioned error on the shop page at first load http://prntscr.com/w2jfm1

    2) I don’t see code of the icon in the footer. Did you used the i tag or WPBakery element to add icon? If you use the i tag then you need to enable FA support (theme supports FA 4.7 version) in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > FA support.

    3) Could you, please, provide us with link to that page and explain in more detail what exactly is cropped there? You highlighted just grey background.

    4) We have only these tips on speed optimization https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    We don’t have any other suggestions at this moment.
    We are constantly working on the speed of the theme. We are working on the speed of the frontend itself now. When we finish the work we will start the admin part (customizer). Many things need to be considered, such as tests and the inheritability of updates. All should be step by step to avoid problems and make all gentle.

    Thank you. I´ve been able to resolve issue 1) and 2)

    On point 3), I think it´s an issue with elementor: https://ibb.co/BwSM74P

    You see, I have a section with a border on the right and the left side. But ont right side the page is beign cropped and I don´t know why…

    As I mentioned before I´m having trouble updating xstore core and theme, it gives me the following error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    This is a hosting server limitation? If I manually update the theme and core, will I loose any of the theme and css configurations from before?

    One last thing. I´m using the Built-in Email Builder and also Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin to automatically add a tracking code once the order is shipped. Does the email builder have any option/hook to integrate the tracking code into the emails?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    3) Do you have such issue only when our theme is enabled? Try to test it with the default WP theme, for example with Storefront. Because we are able to help with issues caused by our theme.

    5)

    As I mentioned before I´m having trouble updating xstore core and theme, it gives me the following error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the problem in more detail. Did you activate theme on the same domain where you use it at this moment?

    6) We don’t have such integration at this moment. You can submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ and if it takes votes our developers will be able to take a closer look at this.

    Hi, thank you for the link I´ve already upvoted.

    3) the issue is within elementor. it has something to do with page template, switching from canvas to full width I think.

    5) Actually I activated the theme in one domain and migrated to another. Is there a way to revert this?

    As regarding the theme speed, I´ve made an analysis https://gtmetrix.com/reports/redhouserh.com/qSBDXgWd/ and it really has a huge loading time. I´m using w3 total cache and about 30 plugins, which all are necessary. If you guys could look into the speed as soon as possible would be great and any other recommendation about this issue I´ll apreciate it.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    3) You need to contact Elementor plugin in this case.
    5) In this case deactivate theme in the XStore dashboard and activate again. After that go to Dashboard > Updates > check Check again button, only after that try to update theme and plugins.
    6) Provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to your site. We’ll check the theme settings that are related to optimization.

    Hello,

    I changed only optimization settings according to content on your site. Unfortunately, speed results are not very good. We don’t have more options to speed up our theme. If you want we can give you refund.

    Regards
