    Hello, Dejan,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ To potentially resolve your issue, we kindly request that you downgrade your PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1 and verify if the problem persists. Your hosting provider can do the downgrade at your request.

2/ Contact support of the plugin you mentioned to get help from their side.

    Best regards,

    Hello, Dejan,

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hi
I got very high resource usage with only core plygin activated so I installed wp rocket but the problem still persist and from hosting got reply that “heartbeat (admin-ajax.php) requests per site is high at the moment”. Is this some common situation and maybe I need bigger resources at the moment I have Physical Memory Usage 1 GB / 1 GB (100%) I/O Usage 5.97 MB/s / 6 MB/s (99.54%) Number Of Processes 21 / 50 (42%).
Please advice what are the optimal resources needed so this theme can run smoothly .
    hope for fat reply

    Hello, Dejan,

Have you changed wp-admin access? Please make them correct.

Could you please provide some relevant screenshots and temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    Feb 07, 01:28 PM UTC

From the snapshots, it appears it is caused by wp-admin-ajax.php processes.

I will check the logs to see the IP that is causing the issue.

The most traffic is coming from your server IP and it is generating a lot of ajax requests. A plugin is mostly responsible for this.

    but I have only

    Feb 07, 01:34 PM UTC

Thank you for your reply. From the browser console, I noticed a few admin-ajax processes generated by Woocommerce. The Wp rocket plugin has a heartbeat feature which you can use to control the heartbeat.

    Feb 07, 01:35 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

Configuring heartbeat will reduce the ajax processes.

    Feb 07, 01:36 PM UTC

    I allready used this feature

    Woocommerce is the problem?

    dejan.dudeski

    plygin

    Feb 07, 01:37 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

but this is preaty common plygin

    Feb 07, 01:37 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

Thank you for your reply. I understand that it is a common plugin however, from the logs, the ajax requests are causing the load on your server and they are mostly coming from Woocommerce. You may need to reduce the activity of heartbeat in the backend.

I will not really recommend it because it may impact Woocommerce. You may want to consider a standalone shared hosting account for the domain.

    Feb 07, 01:42 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

this is solution that I was considering but Im not 100% sure that will solve my problem

    Feb 07, 01:43 PM UTC

    Run Managed Hosting

    Feb 07, 01:43 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

I was thinking to move to this plan

    Feb 07, 01:44 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

    probably will have better performance

    Feb 07, 01:44 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

but not sure if will drain this resources also

    Feb 07, 01:44 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

It will have a slightly better performance on the Run managed WordPress plan because the managed WordPress plan is on a Turbo server but in terms of resources, the account on the reseller is almost the same with the one on the Run managed WordPress plan.

Alright, you can consider the upgrade. The Run plan has better RAM and CPU

    Feb 07, 01:51 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

    yes but Im not sure

    Feb 07, 01:52 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

    that will solve the problem

    Feb 07, 01:52 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

Your site will keep growing. I cannot provide a 100% guarantee that it will fix the issue but it is a step in the right direction. You can purchase the plan for one month and test. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days and you will get a full refund.

    Feb 07, 01:55 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

so If I disable woocommerce load will fall

    Feb 07, 01:59 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

Disabling Woocommerce can reduce the load but I see that your site thrives on woocommerce because you have products on the site.

    Feb 07, 02:00 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

In summary, you should consider an upgrade or further configure the heartbeat. I recommend the former.

    Feb 07, 02:01 PM UTC
    Onyekachi C

Will this be all for now?

    Feb 07, 02:01 PM UTC
    dejan.dudeski

    yes that is the site
