Some of the elementor settings cause to overload the table xje_postmeta and i deleted manualy the table entries as its using 1 gb space!!
Now the elementor editor showing the message “default kit missing”
how can i manage this?
Also i want to change the settings of elementor so that i dont want to overload the xje_postmeta table in future
thanks
My saved templates and all styles gone 🙁
How can i restore the data without messing up the xje_postmeta table?
i just restored the server data to previous date and its seems the table(xje_postmeta)overloaded with elementor and woocommerce entries 🙁
i am afraid to delete those manually that may lead to crash my sites style. can you please help me to find unwanted entries related to woocommerce and elementor?
Hello Invis,
1/ Our XStore theme or XStore Core plugin don’t have such post meta named
xje_postmeta
2/ According to the fact you already found this table was related to either WooCommerce but rather to Elementor – you should contact their support.
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
3/ As you know we don’t provide support for questions that are not directly related to our theme or our own plugin. Our support policy you can check here → https://prnt.sc/sL3H1HOtk3Ai
Also, it is good to add that if you are not well known with code then it was not a “good idea” (the cite below)
“deleted manualy the table entries as its using 1 gb space”
We can recommend you contact with hosting provider also, maybe you will be able to set a backup or maybe your database was injected with some virus and that is the reason why it keeps increasing in size.
We hope this information is helpful. Thanks for understanding!
Kind Regards,
