I have just installed the Xstore theme with WPbakery and the Massive add ons but when I go to click on the box in the page builder under the Xtore tab there is only one thing showing, the portfolio!

I am pretty sure there should be more than that. Is there something I need to do to get this to work.

This is a link to the image https://imgur.com/2hlRZFh

Also if you check my site, how do I get the quickview to show as a pop up. I can”t find anyway to get the quickview to work.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to take a closer look.
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick View > Enable Quick View

WPBakery > Role Manager > Elements > All. If you want to select a Custom type, make sure that you enable all required elements there.

    Hi

You can mange your sales booster location by adding your require cites in following fields. Dashboard > Xstore > Sales Booster > Location Description https://prnt.sc/yxyqog

Yes I found where to add it, but when I save it does not hold the information!
I have tried a couple of times but it reverts back to all the different countries. I just want cities in Australia.

Also how do I add a banner in product categories, the same thing happens as above, it shows my banner in the back end. But not in the front end!

I tried again to change the locations but its not retaining the data. It says its “Saved” but when refreshing the page, it is still the old data!

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the Sales booster.
    2) You are trying to add a heading image – image for the page heading, for the breadcrumbs area. If you want to add the banner before the products then use the product category description field to add the banner image.

Hi, Even after updating to your latest theme version the sale booster still does not hold any changes made to the cities!

The only way I can change is to do via cpanel and file manager and actually change the php file. You need to address this issue as after the update it removed the files I changed in the PHP and put the default back to all these wierd countries that have no relavence to my site!

Maybe its just a read/ write issue or not writing to the database but it needs fixing.
    Thanks

    Hello,

Found that issue caused by saving emoji. Save your locations without emoji, for example http://prntscr.com/zymdps
Also, contact your hosting provider and ask they to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it set to utf8_general_ci.
Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.

Here you can find description of the same issue https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/emoji-removed-from-custom-fields/

    Regards
