About a week ago, I contacted you via chat in order to ask your help about a problem I have with massive addons. Before contacting you I had contacted with massive addons and they told me that they would work with you to help me solve the problem once you contacted them.
However your support team never contacted them. They tried to solve the issue themselves and did nothing but just activating the decoding button which made the site dramatically slow and caused decoding problems to the front end of the site.
I have bought 3 licenses of xstore I used to be very happy with your support but lately I don’t feel that support is helpful.
Today I was about to buy one more license but I found out that the theme is nice when the Massive addons are used.
I’m so sorry that your support is not as it used to be and I’m sorry you weren’t willing to solve the problem.
Just in case you decide to solve the issue, contact Massive addons (they were expecting you) and let me know.

Dear Olga, I never got your reply because our chat session has got removed and never received a copy via email. In the old days I was able to view past sessions. These days that is not possible.
Do you think it is help when you see question marks instead of text at front end and you tell me that website is Ok? Website was struggling to load because of encoding problem.
Anyway I will set up a demo the next days and I will send you login details to handle the issue. I cannot proceed in more purchases if this problem cannot be solved.

No, questions marks is not a good result but we did not see it when the option was activated. That’s why I have asked you to check too.
Anyway, once we get the admin panel and FTP access we’ll check everything and then contact plugin author. Because we don’t have such issue on our test installations.

I appreciate your effort but this is how things are:
First of all this is a problem that plugin authors need to solve because although their plugin is good, this is a huge problem for the non-latin chars.
The problem does not exist when the Ultimate addons are used.
However the Handmade theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/handmade which I have used for my demo has been made with Massive addons.
Is there another way to achieve that style without the use of Massive addons?
Just after Easter, (in about a week), I will need to use that demo for a shoe store. But how can I do that when the problem is not fixed?
If you think that there is an alternative to achieve the same style with another plugin then please advice. Otherwise we will both have to press the plugin author more.

Unfortunately, Massive Addons elements were used for that version and other plugins don’t have the same elements. We’ll post the question in comments area again. You can do the same and ask when they plan to fix this issue and tell that you are waiting for the solution because it’s very important. We’ll do the same.
