Hi,
I want to customize the appearance of some elements of the site including the menu and the product sheet.
I used XStore Builder with Elementor for this.
> Header for the 1st
> Single Product for the second
I imported and customized the proposed templates.
I can’t apply conditions where that determine where these templates are used.
The “save and close” function does not apply.
I saw the message “It looks like you’re using Elementor Single Product templates [1] on your site. This might cause issues with your customizer Single Product. To avoid problems and make sure everything runs smoothly, we suggest choosing one Single Product Builder option and disabling the others.”
How can I indicate my choice if this is what causes the problem?
Currently, it is the customizer that is applied
Thanks

Hello,
I disabled the extension that seemed to be conflicting without this resolving the problem.
I cannot delete these templates, nor modify their display conditions.
However, I was able to specify the display conditions for Products Archive
FYI, I created an admin account on the WordPress dashboard
Thanks
Hello i-Visio,
We would recommend you contact support of Pro Elements plugin, because Elementor > Informations système > shows some errors.

“Required Plugins: To fully utilize the XStore Builders feature, please ensure that you have either Elementor Pro or the free PRO Elements plugin installed and activated on your website.”
Can I use your builder without Pro Element ?
Dear @i-Visio,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the global conditions for Shop Archive, Header, and Single Products are integrated within the Pro Elements or Elementor PRO plugins. It has come to our attention that there are certain limitations when these plugins are not utilized. Consequently, we strongly recommend the installation of one of the suggested plugins on your website to enhance functionality.
Furthermore, please be advised that any templates created for Single Products or Headers using the Elementor builder are acknowledged within the Customizer settings. It is important to select your preferred builder and consistently utilize it for optimal results. Currently, you have the option to either continue using the Customizer builder for Header and Single Product layouts or opt for the Elementor plugin-based builder, which offers more customizable features and elements.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi,
So do i have to deactivate the “customiser” and if so how can I do that ?
See image attached below
I still can’t save the conditions I want to apply for the Header and the signe product
It works for Elementor Products Archive though
Did I miss something ?
Thanks for your help
Dear @i-Visio,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address a few points regarding the setup and configuration of your website:
1. It is advisable to select either the Customizer builder or the Elementor-based builder for your website configuration. Please choose one to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
2. We noticed that there was no image attached with your previous correspondence which is necessary for us to address your issue accurately.
3. For further assistance, we recommend that you refer to our tutorials available in our documentation:
– For the Header builder, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
– For the Single Product builder, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/
Additionally, we have observed JavaScript errors from Elementor plugin when attempting to set conditions in the popup windows of the builders. These errors appear to stem from Elementor files and not directly from our theme. It is possible that certain settings on your server, such as a whitelist or specific permissions, are blocking connections needed by Elementor. We recommend reviewing the error details in the private area and discussing them with your hosting provider to resolve these issues.
As a workaround solution, we have switched to the table view for all builders, which you can review using the URL provided in the private area. We have also activated new header and single product layouts’ conditions using the Elementor builder on your website. The details of this implementation can be found here: https://gyazo.com/43f6892f236393f081c07af1c68490ee.
Please verify the new layouts on your website and let us know if they meet your expectations.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist you further.

hi,
Thanks for your intervention.
This actually allows me to get around the problem and apply the conditions.
Pro element has just been updated, but it doesn’t seem to fix my problem.
So I will use the method you applied.
Hoping that a future update of Elementor or your theme will allow you to use the builder from the dashboard.
Have a nice day
Dear @i-Visio,
We are pleased to acknowledge your understanding of the situation regarding the necessary fix in the Elementor plugin files. We agree that this adjustment should be incorporated in future updates of Elementor.
