Xstore builder: single product and header builder do not work on my website

    Hello, I am trying to insert a personalized individual product and also a new head with the head store builders, however when I choose a design and implement it, nothing appears from the templates I choose, it seems very strange to me since I used xstore builders to change the footer page and it worked without problems. Please can you help me, thank you

    Hello, Ricardo,

    We kindly request that you navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”, and try to import headers after that.

    Hello, I have tried to choose the last template and it does not let me choose, it only goes with the last template, which is the one I want for my website, I attach a photo of the individual product that I want and it does not load when I choose to insert
