Xstore builders templates not showing any prebuilt templates

On the Xstore builders panel for each of the options available e.g. footer, there are a number of prebuilt templates available. Footer has 69 prebuilt templates.

When I click on the builder for footer, it says “No Templates found. Want to create one?…”

Should there not be 69 prebuilt templates available to pick from for footers?
