Xstore Child Theme – An incompatible archive

Hello,

I’m just installing a new xstore theme. Xstore went through but when i try to install the child theme i get an error: An incompatible archive (see picture) ?

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Problem solved. Problem usually comes when the file is ziped on a mac. If anyone will be reading this with the same problem just unzip the theme files and zip them back again or read this: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/wordpress-error-incompatible-archive/
