When X-Store child theme is activated it causes a white screen of death. As soon as child theme is deactivated and just the parent theme made active the site loads but formatting is broken.
Please resolve this issue.

I have already been on with Cloudways tech support and they identified the issue as the Child Theme. Please use the login access and take a look.
I had to fix the last theme issue with no support. If Xstore theme keeps causing issues, I will be forced to abandon the theme and move to another.
I really prefer not to have to do that.

SEO by Rank Math is needed so we need to make sure that it works with the Child theme. It was working fine together before.

Debug is enabled and cloudways has tested again stating it is a theme issue.
Please keep me updated on progress. If you are unable to resolve this issue I will have to restore the site back 24 hrs when it was still working and lose all my data since then.
As this is a multi-vendor site, all of my sellers will be impacted by ths issue or having to restore.

Please escalate this to High Priority. I have sellers and customers reaching out to express their frustrations with the site issue.
I even tried to reupload the child theme by downloading it direct from here and still no luck.

Coudways is taking care of this issue now AGAIN.
This is very frustrating.
Hello, MRobinson2872,
Additionally, we kindly request that the CDN cache be cleared, or alternatively, that it be disabled for a specified duration.

Cloudways states this now. “Please note that I have also purged the CDN cache.”
“I have increased the memory limit on your application, can you please check now and confirm?”
From Cloudways
I completely understand your concern. It seems like there may be a theme issue at play here, but rest assured, everything on the server end appears to be in good shape. In fact, I’ve taken the liberty of increasing the php memory limit to a generous 6000M, which should be more than sufficient for an 8GB server.
When child theme is deactivated then parent theme works and site loads but formatting is broken.

Looks to be loading now but the header is all wrong. Mega Menu is broken and our header information gone. The widgets on the left for menu are not there and has archives in its place.
Are you able to recover back to where site was before issues or do I need to do the site restore back to 24 hrs ago before the the issues started?
I have a staging site that shows how it is supposed to look.

Can I get a status update please? Is this still being worked on? If you guys have taken it as far as you can, I can try to go back in and rebuild the stuff that was somehow removed/deleted from my site.
Not real happy about all the issues we seem to be having with this theme.
