Hi
I am trying out the XStore Christmas demo. After importing the demo, one file is being loaded from 8theme.com:-
https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/christmas/wp-content/uploads/sites/23/2016/11/slider-bg-red.jpg
I tried to change the source so it loads from my server instead. I used Slider Revolution to edit Christmas Slider, however, the background is set to transparent, so there is no background image set in the slider apparently. Where do I change this background from in that case?
Regards
Note, I have just realized that the slider-bg-red.jpg is used on all pages, not just the Home Page. It’s badly named as the name suggests it is a background to the Slideshow only. Its loaded on all other pages too on the Christmas demo. I still have not worked out where that link is set? Please advise?
Regards
Hello,
Provide me the link to your site, please.

I’m testing the Christmas theme offline at the moment. Surely the setting will be the same as your demo?
I think the footer slider was also using the background maybe. I removed the footer slideshow to make the footer look like your other demos, and that image disappeared from them. It now only remains on the Home Page. There is a setting pulling in that aforementioned background somewhere?
Hello,
We used this bg for the revolution slider at the top and in the footer. That’s all.
Could you provide me screenshot for better understanding?
Regards
After hours of searching where the setting was, I finally found it by chance. If anyone else needs to know, go here:-
Previously, I was looking at the Slide Editor, under ‘Main Background’. Very confusing for the development team to have hidden this background image there and not have it in the documentation anywhere. Hours lost on this.
Please close this thread, as I’ve resolved it.
Many thanks!
Hello,
We are glad to hear that you sorted out.
