Xstore conflict with Elementor – Urgent Live Site Broken

Certain pages (Vendor single store page – Dokan) are not loading and things are acting wonky when Elementor and Elementor Pro are enabled. This started happening in the past couple days with recent updates. Rollback to prior versions of Elementor do not seem to help the issue. Dropdown menus will no longer load, pages are not loading, site basically disabled due to theme core plugin being enabled.

I have disabled these options https://prnt.sc/21zbhtk and seems everything loads ok. Check, please.
